Traditional moving-head markers can introduce vibration or positioning errors on very small boards. Our fixed laser head eliminates this risk. The board moves precisely under the stationary laser beam (via a high-precision XY stage), ensuring every mark is exactly where it should be.
Available laser sources: Fiber (20W/30W/50W) or UV (3W/5W/10W) – depending on your substrate and marking requirements.
Optional accessories : Vacuum fixture for thin boards, automated load/unload, and vision alignment system.

Applications
It is mainly used to mark QR code, barcode, characters and other information on PCB with various kinds of oil, such as white oil, green oil, black oil, blue oil, and red oil, as well as on products of reinforcement steel sheets and shielding cover.
